Description:

Flex MR Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.

Flex MR Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Using this medicine may cause common side effects such as nausea, indigestion, stomach pain, weakness, dizziness, and sleepiness. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Earlier taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

It should also be avoided in patients with history of heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease.

Affirmative, Flex MR Tablet can be taken with Vitamin B-complex preparations. While Flex MR Tablet helps to relieve pain, Vitamin B-complex can help to correct the vitamin deficiency that might be causing your symptoms.

Can Flex MR Tablet cause addiction?

No, there is no report of any patient getting addicted to Flex MR Tablet.

Can the use of Flex MR Tablet cause damage to kidneys?

Affirmative, the long-term use of Flex MR Tablet can cause damage to the kidneys. Normal kidneys produce a chemical called prostaglandins that protects them from damage. Employ of painkillers lowers the levels of prostaglandins in the body leading to kidney damage on long-term use. Employ of painkillers is not recommended to patients with underlying kidney disease.
