1. How can I change the phone number linked to my account?

Once a specific mobile number has been used to create an account, it cannot be changed to another number within the same account.

Please open a new account with the new number if you want to place an order. Contact us if you require further support, and one of our agents will be pleased to assist you.

2. Can I get a different dosage than what is mentioned in the prescription?

No, the medicines will be provided as per the dosage mentioned in the prescription. Self-prescribed medicines will not be provided.

3. What is a valid prescription?

A valid prescription has the following information:

  • Doctor’s details
  • Patient’s details
  • Medicine details
  • Dosage details
  • Prescription Date

4. What is your standard delivery time?

Depending on your address, we typically deliver orders within 1 - 7 business days. When placing the order, make sure to check the estimated delivery date.

6. Are there any delivery charges for Medicine & Healthcare Orders?

Yes, delivery charges will be applied based on the value of the items purchased and the delivery address. Please add the items that you require to the cart and select the appropriate delivery address to see what the delivery charges will be for your order.

You can subscribe for our PLUS membership to receive free delivery along with other benefits.

7. I have received damaged items

We are sorry you had to experience this. Please visit the "My Profile" page, select "Orders" from the listing, click on the respective order, Click on "view details" for the shipment and click "return." We will try to resolve this on a priority basis.

8. When will I receive my order(s) or shipment(s)?

The "estimated delivery date" that was provided at the time of order placing will be reached for your shipment. By selecting your order from the "Orders" page, you may check this. Keep a lookout for our order delivery updates.

Note: An order may arrive in more than one shipment, each with a distinct "Estimated delivery date and time."

9. Items are different from what I ordered

We are sorry you had to experience this. Please visit the "My Profile" page, select "Orders" from the listing, click on the respective order, Click on "view details" for the shipment and click "return." We will try to resolve this on a priority basis.

10. Items are missing from my order

We are sorry you had to experience this. Our partner retailers have in place the required checks to avoid such an event. We request that you reach out to us within 48 hours of your order's delivery so that we can investigate the issue.

11. How do I cancel my orders / shipments?

Before it is shipped, you can cancel your order from the "My Orders" section.

Visit the "My Profile" page, select "Orders" from the listing, click on the respective order, Click on "view details" for the shipment and click "Cancel."

Once the order is shipped, you can refuse it at the time of delivery, and a refund will be processed into the payment source if the order amount was paid online.

12. I want to modify my order

We're sorry, but once we've confirmed your order, we can't change it. Please submit a new order with any modifications.

13. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

We apologise, but we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please reorder using the updated delivery address.

14. When will I get my refund?

Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:

  • GetOmeds Wallet : A refund will be credited in your GetOmeds Wallet (within 24 hours).
  • Online Payment via Credit or Debit Cards : A refund will be credited to the source within 3–5 business days.
  • Bank Transfer or Net Banking : The refund will be credited to the updated bank account within 7–10 business days.
  • UPI refunds will be deposited into your Net Banking account within 5-7 business days.
  • PhonePe and other E-wallets : Refunds will be in PhonePe and other E-wallets (1–2 business days).
  • NEFT (Bank Refund): A refund will be credited to your bank account (5–7 business days).

15. How do I return my order or shipment?

You can raise a request to return any item with these simple steps:

  • Go to "My Profile" page
  • Go to My Orders
  • Select the order
  • Click on "View details" of the shipment from which you want to return the product and click on "Return."
  • Check to see if the product(s) that you wish to return are returnable and have a valid return-by date.
  • Select the item and write the reason for return

You will courier the returnable items within 1–7 days from the date of return request. Please send the return package in its original packaging. You are also send a copy of the invoice or bill.

Note : Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product detail page or items whose return window has expired cannot be returned. If such an item is indeed returned along with another returnable item, GetOmeds will disallow a refund or return of the "Non-Returnable" product to you when we verifies the returned item(s).

16. I am unable to initiate a return request

GetOmeds offers a flexible return policy for items ordered with us. Under this policy, each item purchased will have a return window that can vary anywhere from 0 to 7 days after its delivery. The return window will be listed in the returns section of the order once it has been delivered.
