Return Policy

To comprehend the terms that apply in the event of a product return, please read each section carefully.

  • Return Policy

Note: Users can send the return products through courier. (GetOmeds delivery agents will not pick up the products that users want to return.)

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. Please notify GetOmeds User Support immediately if you receive an (a) incomplete order, (b) expired product, (c) damaged product, (d) incorrect product, or (e) doctor changes the prescription.Please note that GetOmeds will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 10 working days of receipt.

It is the user's obligation to determine if a product is returnable or not before placing an order because non-refundable items cannot be returned.

We also recognise that certain situations can force you to return a product or items that are not defective, but only if you inform us within 30 working days of delivery. In such cases, GetOmeds reserves the right to accept or reject the returned product.

  • Which products are not eligible for returns?

​​Items that are not returnable: According to the terms established by all sellers on the platform, the products are not returnable under the following conditions:

  • If the item has been opened, partially used, or is somehow damaged. The customer is highly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the package before accepting products from the user's delivery agent;
  • if the product has been tampered
  • If there has been tampering with the product packing, packaging box, and/or packaging seal. The user is highly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the package while accepting products from the user's delivery agent, and it is emphasised that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to have been tampered with.
  • If the product is marked as non-returnable on the product detail page.
  • There are no accessories or freebies included with the package.
  • Any damage or flaw not covered by the manufacturer's warranty;
  • If the product is missing its original packaging, attachments, or freebies; If the product has been destroyed due to misuse
  • Personal care, baby care, food and nutrition, healthcare devices, COVID essential products such as masks and gloves, sexual wellness products such as condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, and any other products including but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips and lancets, health monitors, and so on. The company will accept returns if the above products are defective, deficient, do not have the stated characteristics or features, or are delivered late.
  • Return Policy Exceptions

Please note that we are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for the following product categories: injections and health equipment.

Also, GetOmeds reserves the option to refuse returns for particular products, as indicated in the relevant product pages by the statement "Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange."
