Description:

Viloral Mouth Paint is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to relieve pain, discomfort, and inflammation caused by mouth ulcers. It is also used to treat cold sores, dentures, and sore spots due to orthodontic devices.

Viloral Mouth Paint is for local application only. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying it on the affected area. Please consult your doctor if your symptoms do not get better. It should not be taken by patients who are allergic to it or are less than 16 years of age. It should not be applied to open wounds. Burning sensation and application site reactions might be seen as side effects in some patients.

Directions For Use:

Employ this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Apply it with a cotton swab. Do not swallow or rinse with water or eat for 10 minutes after applying.

This medicine should be used only inside the mouth. Take a small amount of Viloral Mouth Paint over a cotton swab and apply a uniform, thin layer of Viloral Mouth Paint over the affected area. Avoid rubbing the area as it may irritate the ulcers.

No, you should not swallow Viloral Mouth Paint. Just apply a thin layer of Viloral Mouth Paint over the affected area in the mouth with a cotton swab.

Along with using Viloral Mouth Paint use a soft toothbrush, avoid eating and drinking immediately after applying this medicine, avoid putting dentures or braces back in the mouth for half an hour after applying the gel in your mouth and stop smoking completely.

There is no definite cause behind mouth ulcers. Some of the factors include biting the inside of your mouth; food sensitivities to acidic foods like strawberries, oranges, pineapples; lack of essential vitamins, especially B-12, zinc, folate, and iron; dental braces; using a toothbrush with hard bristles and certain medications.
