Sitara PM 1000mg/15mg/100mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. However, the dose will depend on your condition and blood sugar levels; therefore, use it as advised by your doctor and do not stop taking this medicine unless the doctor recommends otherwise. Also, take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the most benefit. It is also crucial to stay on the diet and exercise program recommended by the doctor while taking this medicine.
The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, abdominal pain, and constipation. These effects are usually minor and improve with time. Low blood sugar level (hypoglycemia) is a possible side effect if you are also taking other diabetes medicines, so you need to know how to recognize and deal with it.
