Description:
Oflarge OR Syrup is usually given to children to treat acute diarrhea caused due to bacterial infections. It helps relieve the symptoms, severity, and duration of illness by killing the diarrhea-causing microorganism and reducing the loss of water and electrolytes.Donate Oflarge OR Syrup to your child orally either before or after food in the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. Usually, it is prescribed two times a day, in the morning and at bedtime. However, this dosing may vary depending upon your child’s symptoms, body weight, and age. Never double the dose to catch for the missed dose. However, you will have to repeat the dose if your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking Oflarge OR Syrup. Refrain from repeating the dose if it is time for the next dose.
Some of the minor and short-term side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, headache, skin rash, and itching. These episodes almost always subside on their own once the child’s body adapts to the medicine. However, in case they persist for long or start bothering your child, you must consult your child’s doctor without any delay.
Your child’s doctor must be aware if your child has ever had any previous episode of allergy, bowel obstruction, electrolyte imbalance, heart problem, liver impairment, and kidney malfunction. This will guide the doctor in planning your child’s overall treatment.
