Description:

Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. It can be taken with or without food. You should take it strictly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain, indigestion. If you experienced any such side effects that do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent them.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Earlier taking it, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctors first before using the medicine.

Pregnancy
UNSAFE
Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet is highly unsafe during pregnancy. It can cause serious harm to the unborn baby, including birth defects and pregnancy loss. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Breast feeding
CAUTION
Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.
Driving
UNSAFE
Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Kidney
CAUTION
Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Liver
UNSAFE
Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
However, the use of Lormet PS 8mg/325mg/15mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
