Description:

Haemaze Forte Injection is a combination medicine that is used for iron deficiency and anemia. It helps the body make healthy new cells and maintain iron levels in the blood.

Haemaze Forte Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of a doctor and should not be self-administered. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should keep taking the medicine as long as it prescribed to you.

Nausea, vomiting and stomach upset are some common side effects of this medicine. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. Usually, it is suggested to avoid alcohol while taking this medicine. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works.

Pregnancy

Haemaze Forte Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Breast feeding
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Haemaze Forte Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Driving
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
It is not known whether Haemaze Forte Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Kidney
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Haemaze Forte Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Haemaze Forte Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
