ENDobloc 5 Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high pressure in the blood vessels that carry blood from the heart to the lungs). It can even help improve your quality of life, exercise ability, and delay disease progression.
ENDobloc 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. In case you missed a dose, take another one as soon as you remember it. Take it for as long as it is prescribed and do not stop taking the medicine on your own.
The most common side effects of this medicine are peripheral edema, nasal congestion, sinusitis, and flushing. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you or persist for a longer duration. Dizziness may also occur in some people, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus if you experience such a symptom.
Earlier receiving the treatment, inform your doctor if you are on any medication for any other health condition. It should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney disease. Attend regular follow-ups as advised by the doctor.
