Description:

Al Mometo Cream is a dermatological medicine used for the short-term, intermittent treatment of moderate to severe melasma of the face. It works by reducing excess melanin formation and improving skin turnover, helping lighten dark facial patches.

Al Mometo Cream is for external use only. Al Mometo Cream should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands before using this medicine. It is advised to check the label for directions before use. Do not use this medicine more than the recommended dose.


The common side effects of this medicine include dryness, redness, and a stinging sensation at the application site. If these side effects or any other symptoms that you think are because of this medicine persist for a longer duration, consult your doctor.
