    Description:

    Regionalta 8mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of manic episodes with or without mixed features of bipolar disorder. It works by increasing the level of chemical messengers in the brain which improves mood and symptoms of mania.

    Regionalta 8mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

    Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, headache, and insomnia. Regionalta 8mg Tablet is unlikely to impair the ability of patients to drive or operate machinery. However, fatigue has been reported with the use of parent drug and caution should be observed when driving or using machinery while such symptoms persist.

    Earlier taking Regionalta 8mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you are suffering from thyroid or kidney disease, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, glaucoma, or any heart disease. You should inform your doctor if you are taking medicines like sleep-inducing, cough, and/or allergy medication.

    Up to date, there is no report or observation of change in body weight with use of Regionalta 8mg Tablet. Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression, or suicidal thoughts or behavior.

    Directions For Use:

    Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Regionalta 8mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

    Side Effects:

    Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
