Find out detailed description, uses, directions of use, side effects, warnings and precautions, frequently asked questions about Vilmist 200 Capsule
The effect of Vilmist 200 Capsule may be noticeable after a few days but will only reach its maximum after a few weeks. This medicine must be used regularly for it to show its effect, so take it even if you don't have any symptoms. If you stop taking it before the prescribed duration, your asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) may worsen. It should not be used to relieve sudden asthma attacks. If an asthma attack occurs, use your quick-relief inhaler (reliever). To get the most benefits from this medicine, make sure you get your inhaler technique right; otherwise, the medicine won’t work well.
The most common side effects of Vilmist 200 Capsule are nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory tract infection, headache, fever, back pain, pneumonia, sinusitis, and cough. You can prevent some of these symptoms by rinsing your mouth and throat with water or brushing your teeth after using your inhaler. There are other, rarer side effects that can be serious. Communicate to your doctor if you're worried about them. In general, try to avoid situations which make your asthma worse (your triggers), and do not smoke.
Ask your doctor whether it’s safe to take this medicine if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. Earlier taking it, tell your doctor if you have any kidney or liver diseases so that they can prescribe a suitable dose for you.
