Description:

Uniwarfin Tablet is an oral anticoagulant that helps prevent the formation of harmful blood clots in the legs, lungs, brain, and heart. It is used for deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and stroke prevention.

Uniwarfin Tablet should be taken as advised by the doctor. You may take it with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly without consulting the doctor. You should take this medicine regularly to get the most benefit, even if you feel fine.


Ordinary side effects of Uniwarfin Tablet include fatal and nonfatal hemorrhage from any tissue or organ. Employ of this medicine may increase your risk of bleeding. Let your doctor know immediately if you see a pinpoint rash or blood in your vomit, urine, or stool. In rare cases, Uniwarfin Tablet may also cause skin necrosis (death of skin cells) or purple toe syndrome, which should be reported to your doctor right away.


If you are going under any surgery or dental treatment, then you may need to stop this medicine for some time, but only after consulting with your doctor. Earlier taking it, you must inform the doctor if you are suffering from any kidney or liver disease. Also, let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding and about all the other medications that you are taking regularly. Tolerants with kidney problems should regularly monitor their INR (International Normalized Ratio) levels to ensure safe and effective use of Uniwarfin Tablet. Consult your doctor for proper guidance.

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Uniwarfin Tablet may be taken with or without food.
Avoid Uniwarfin Tablet with Vitamin K rich food such as spinach, collards, broccoli, spring onions, cucumber and dried basil.

Side Effects:

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
