    Triplixam 4mg/1.25mg/5mg Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure).     It is advised to take Triplixam 4mg/1.25mg/5mg Tablet at a fixed time each day to maintain consistent levels of medicine in the blood. It is suggested to take it at day time to avoid the frequent urination at night. In case you have missed any doses, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
