Who should not use Tobraza Ointment?

Individuals should not use Tobraza Ointment if they are allergic to tofacitinib or any ingredient, have active tuberculosis (TB), or any serious infection (like sepsis, or deep fungal/viral infections), have severe liver problems, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can viruses reactivate while using Tobraza Ointment?

Are there blood count checks needed while using Tobraza Ointment?

Highly low white cells (lymphopenia, neutropenia) or low hemoglobin (anemia) increase infection risk. Although the likelihood is low, doctors may check blood counts at the start, and every three months during Tobraza Ointment use, and may pause, or stop treatment if counts drop below safe levels.

Can Tobraza Ointment increase cancer risk?
