Description:

Tide E 20 Tablet Combikit is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of congestive heart failure post-myocardial infarction (heart attack) and hypertension. It works by reducing the excess fluid levels in the body.

It is best to take Tide E 20 Tablet Combikit in the morning along with food in order to avoid frequent urination at night time. For better results, it is suggested to take it at the same time every day. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.


Dehydration and constipation are some common side effects of this medicine. It may also cause dizziness, fatigue, diarrhea, abdominal pain, coughing, and influenza-like symptoms. Your doctor may advice regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes during treatment with this medicine.


It is generally safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Earlier taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any liver or  kidney disease. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine.
