Telmoto-MCL 25 Tablet ER can be taken at any time of day. It is best taken with food, but take it at the same time each day. Retain taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms. If you stop taking it, your condition may get worse. Keeping an active lifestyle through regular exercise, managing your weight, and consuming a healthy diet will also help regulate your blood pressure. Telmoto-MCL 25 Tablet ER may cause side effects like nausea, taste change, throat infection, back pain, and ankle swelling. To reduce ankle swelling, raise your legs while sitting. It is also advised to avoid a potassium-rich diet or supplements while on treatment. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, blood sugar level, and electrolyte levels while on the treatment.
