Description:

Tearwave 1% Gel Eye Drop is an eye lubricant used to relieve dryness and discomfort in the eyes. Dryness may occur when your eyes do not produce enough natural tears to keep them moist. This medicine helps soothe irritation, burning, and a gritty sensation by maintaining proper lubrication of the eye surface.

Tearwave 1% Gel Eye Drop is usually used as often as needed or as directed by your doctor. Apply the recommended amount, and wait at least 5–10 minutes before applying any other eye medication to avoid dilution. Do not use the product if the seal is broken. Forever wash your hands before use and avoid touching the tip to prevent contamination or eye infection.

Ordinary side effects include mild eye irritation (including burning or discomfort) and increased tear secretion. These effects are usually short-lived. However, inform your doctor if they persist, worsen, or if your symptoms do not improve. Avoid driving, operating machinery, or performing tasks that require clear vision until your eyesight returns to normal after application.

Tearwave 1% Gel Eye Drop is not known to interact with other medicines, but inform your doctor if you have a history of eye diseases such as glaucoma. Avoid using it while wearing contact lenses, as preservatives in the drops can damage them. If you develop eye pain, redness, swelling, or signs of infection, stop using the medicine and contact your doctor promptly.
