Tears Reale II Lubricant Eye Drops is for external use only. Employ it in the exact dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after instilling the medicine. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off extra liquid. Do not touch the tip of the dropper to any surface, or to your eye, to avoid contaminating the eye drops. Do not wear contact lenses while using this medicine.
It may cause blurred vision, eye irritation, pain, or redness immediately following application. However, these side effects are temporary and usually subside on their own. Inform your doctor if they persist for a longer duration or get worse. Let your doctor know if you are using any other eye drops or medicines for the same condition.
