Uses:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Tazloc-CT 6.25 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Directions For Use:

• You have been prescribed Tazloc-CT 6.25 Tablet for the treatment of high blood pressure.
• It can be taken with or without food.
• Tazloc-CT 6.25 Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, very dry mouth or muscle weakness.
• It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position. 
• Use of Tazloc-CT 6.25 Tablet during pregnancy or breastfeeding is unsafe.
• It may also decrease the risk of stroke and heart attacks.
