SR Fil Enema is used to treat inflammation and ulcers in the large intestine (colon) and rectum. It provides relief from the bleeding caused by inflammation.SR Fil Enema is a liquid which is inserted into the back passage (rectum). Your doctor or healthcare expert will help you to learn the exact way of enema insertion. It should be used in the dose and duration directed by your doctor. Do not stop using it suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it may lead to worsening of your condition.
Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after inserting this medicine. You should not get it in the eyes, mouth, or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas.
