Serofin-TH Injection is a combination medicine which helps in relieving muscle pain. It relieves muscle stiffness or spasm and improves the movement of muscles. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.Serofin-TH Injection is generally given by a doctor or a nurse and should not be self-administered. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with another medicine. You should use it regularly as advised by your doctor.
