Sernaz Shampoo is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as directed by your doctor. The amount you need, and how long you should take it will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not leave it for too long, as long term contact may cause irritation or burning sensation. You should avoid getting in contact with your mouth, eyes, and nose. In case of accidental contact, wash it off with plenty of water. Retain using it regularly to get the most benefit.
The medicine is generally safe to use with no common side effects. Inform your doctor if you experience skin irritation, redness or itching at the site of application. It is not likely that other medicines you take by mouth or injection will affect the way it works but talk to your doctor before using it if you have used a similar medicine before and had an allergic reaction. This medicine should only be used if it is clearly needed during pregnancy.
