Serima-N Gel is for external use only. Employ it in the exact dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Do not use more than the prescribed amount as it might increase the side effects. Check the label for directions before use. Immaculate and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the medicine, unless hands are the affected area.
On application, it may cause burning, irritation, itching, and redness at the site of application. If any of these do not subside on its own or get worse, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.
