Description:

Retense OD Tablet ER is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat acute and chronic pain associated with various conditions such as muscle pain, headache, nerve pain, postoperative pain, and menstrual cramps.

Retense OD Tablet ER can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly. Take it exactly as prescribed.


Ordinary side effects of Retense OD Tablet ER include fatigue, dizziness, heartburn, and nausea/vomiting. These effects are usually temporary and resolve on their own. However, if you experience any severe or persistent symptoms, consult your doctor.

However, both can cause liver toxicity, so monitoring of liver function is very important when taken together.

Can Retense OD Tablet ER be used to treat osteoarthritis pain?

Retense OD Tablet ER can be used to relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis and post-orthopedic surgery pain. It is especially useful for patients who cannot take NSAIDs because of the risk of NSAID-induced gastritis.

Is Retense OD Tablet ER useful in the treatment of epilpesy?
