Description:

Repalol H Tablet is a medicine that treats hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of medicines that controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. Lowering the blood pressure helps in preventing future heart attacks and strokes.

Repalol H Tablet should be taken on empty stomach, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine, hence try to take it at day time or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.

Nausea, taste change, diarrhea and stomach upset are some common side effects of this medicine. Regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes is important while using this medicine.
