Description:

Rantac-D Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and peptic ulcer disease. It relieves heartburn, stomach pain or irritation, and indigestion. It also promotes the movement of food in the stomach to prevent reflux.

Rantac-D Tablet is a combination of two medicines. It is to be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. A high dose or overdose may have harmful effects on the body.

What is the best time to take Rantac-D Tablet?

Take Rantac-D Tablet exactly as directed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. To prevent heartburn and acid indigestion, take it 30-60 minutes before eating food or drinking beverages, as that can lead to indigestion. Follow all directions as advised.

What are the serious side effects of an overdose of Rantac-D Tablet?

Earnest side effects are rare but can occur if you take a higher-than-recommended dose.
