Description:

Prostodin 250mcg Injection is a medicine used to control excessive bleeding from the uterus, that may occur after the childbirth. It stimulates contraction of the uterine muscles thus, helps to control post-delivery bleeding.

Prostodin 250mcg Injection is given as an injection deep into the muscles under the medical supervision of a doctor. It is only given at the hospital setting, so do not self- administer the medicine.

The most common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, flushing, headache, and chills. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. If you notice dizziness, avoid driving or attention-seeking activity.
