pILOMAX Tablet is used for the treatment of dry mouth after radiotherapy for head and neck cancer. It also helps manage dry mouth in individuals with Sjögren’s syndrome. It works by reducing abnormal dryness of the mouth, which makes speaking and swallowing easier.
pILOMAX Tablet is generally administered by a healthcare professional in the hospital or in a clinical setting. You should not self-administer this medicine at home.
pILOMAX Tablet may cause a few side effects, such as sweating, frequent urge to urinate, vomiting, nausea, and chills. If you experience such symptoms that persist or worsen, or any other symptoms that you think may be due to pILOMAX Tablet, inform your doctor.
Earlier taking pILOMAX Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any underlying health conditions associated with the heart, lungs, kidneys, or liver. Also, tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
