Pazoci 200 Tablet is a protein kinase inhibitor used in the treatment of kidney cancer and soft tissue sarcoma.
Pazoci 200 Tablet should be taken in a dose as recommended by the doctor. You should continue to take it as long as your doctor advises for it. The duration of treatment varies according to your need and response to treatment. Doctor may advice for regular monitoring of your blood pressure as Pazoci 200 Tablet can cause high blood pressure.
Women who are undergoing treatment should use effective contraception method. It is important to avoid pregnancy during the treatment and for one month after completing the course of medicine.
Diarrhea may occur as its side effect, so drink plenty of fluids. But, you must inform doctor if it does not stop. Weight loss may occur but you may consult dietitian or increase food portion to overcome this side effect. It may also cause change in color of hair, and abnormal skin pigmentation. However, if it bothers you than it is better to consult with doctor.

Pazoci 200 Tablet may cause severe or life-threatening liver damage. Inform your doctor if you have or had liver disease. If you experience any of the following symptoms such as discoloration of the skin or eyes (yellowing), dark urine, extreme tiredness, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, pain in the upper right part of the stomach, or unusual bleeding or bruising, call your doctor immediately. Your doctor may ask you to take some lab tests before you start taking Votrient. After you start taking Votrient, you may need to take those lab tests at weeks 3, 5, 7 and 9 and then at months 3 and 4. Your doctor may also prescribe additional tests if necessary. Periodic testing should then continue after 4 months.
