Ozurdex Injection is generally given to patients who do not respond to any other therapy. It is administered by a doctor or a nurse in a hospital or clinical setting. It should not be self-administered at home.
Employ of Ozurdex Injection may cause increased intraocular pressure, cataract, and conjunctival hemorrhage. It may also cause an eye infection, swelling, and blurred vision in some people. You will need to be monitored on a regular basis after the implant. If your eye becomes red, sensitive to light, painful, or develops a change in vision, you should seek immediate help from your doctor.
