Who should not use Otofast Ear Drop?

People should not use Otofast Ear Drop if they have a perforated eardrum due to infection, injury, or are allergic to lidocaine, phenazone, or any of the ingredients in the medicine.

Why is it important to check the eardrum before using Otofast Ear Drop?

It is very important to make sure the eardrum is intact before using Otofast Ear Drop. If the eardrum is torn, the medicine may enter the middle ear and cause harmful effects.

Can Otofast Ear Drop cause allergic reactions?

Can Otofast Ear Drop enter the bloodstream?

Normally, Otofast Ear Drop acts only in the ear canal. However, if the eardrum is damaged, some of the medicine can be absorbed into the body, which may increase the risk of side effects.

If ear pain becomes worse, or if new symptoms such as pus, fever, or hearing loss develop, stop using Otofast Ear Drop and consult your doctor immediately.
