Description:

Novomix 30 Flexpen 100IU/ml combines two medicines to improve blood sugar control in people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is a fast-acting type of insulin that helps to lower blood sugar levels after meals and reduces the chances of developing serious complications of diabetes.

Novomix 30 Flexpen 100IU/ml is usually prescribed along with a long-acting insulin or other diabetes medicines. Your doctor or nurse will teach you how to inject it under the skin correctly. If you have type 1 diabetes, inject it up to 15 minutes before you eat a meal, and if you have type 2 diabetes, you may inject it up to 15 minutes before or after starting your meal.
