Description:
Novadryl 25mg Capsule is an antihistaminic medicine. It is used to treat symptoms of nasal allergy such as sneezing, runny nose, itching, and watery eyes. It may also be used to treat insomnia and motion sickness.
Novadryl 25mg Capsule is best taken before a meal or at bedtime. Take it exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Take it for as long as it is prescribed for you. In case, you have missed any doses, take the next dose as soon as you remember it. However, you should never take a double dose.
Dizziness and drowsiness are the most common side effect of this medicine. Avoid driving or attention-seeking activities while on treatment with this medicine. In some cases, it may cause also dryness of mouth. To prevent dry mouth, drink more water and maintain good oral hygiene.
Earlier taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have glaucoma or have any gastro-related issues or have asthma. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Generally, it is advised to avoid alcohol while on treatment.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Novadryl 25mg Capsule may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Novadryl 25mg Capsule may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Novadryl 25mg Capsule is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Novadryl 25mg Capsule is recommended.
However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
