FAQs:

What is Nemiheal Gel used for on the skin?

Nemiheal Gel is used topically as an antimicrobial agent to help prevent or control infections in wounds, cuts, burns, and ulcers. It releases silver ions that can target and kill the bacteria, and may promote wound healing in some cases.

Is there a risk of skin discoloration or other serious effects due to Nemiheal Gel use?

Affirmative. Prolonged or excessive use of Nemiheal Gel can cause a condition called argyria (an irreversible bluish-gray discoloration of the skin) due to silver buildup. The risk is higher if applied over large areas or for extended periods.

How effective is Nemiheal Gel for wound healing?

Some studies suggest Nemiheal Gel may promote wound healing and reduce the time to wound closure in certain cases. However, clinical evidence is limited, and use should be guided by a doctor.

What should I do if I experience skin staining or other concerning symptoms while using Nemiheal Gel?

You should stop using Nemiheal Gel immediately and inform your doctor if you notice persistent irritation, staining, or other unusual skin changes.

Can children use Nemiheal Gel for skin infections?

It is not recommended to use Nemiheal Gel in children, unless strictly prescribed and supervised by a doctor, due to increased risk of side effects and silver accumulation in growing children.
