    Description:

    Mylone Tablet is a combination of three medicines used to treat diarrhea and dysentery. It works by killing the bacteria and other microorganisms that cause the infection and help relieve the symptoms. It also disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

    Mylone Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take the medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better.

    Mylone Tablet may lead to some side effects such as nausea, dryness of mouth, flatulence, and headache. To overcome any such side effects, it is advised to eat a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of fluid. If any of the side effects get aggravated, contact your doctor. Earlier you take this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any preexisting medical conditions. Let your doctor also know all the medicines you are taking to make sure it is safe for you.

    Directions For Use:

    Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mylone Tablet may be taken with or without food.

    Side Effects:

    Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

    Alcohol
    UNSAFE
    Consumption of alcohol with Mylone Tablet may cause a disulfiram-like reaction, leading to symptoms such as flushing, increased heart rate, low blood pressure, nausea, lightheadedness, and severe headache.
    Pregnancy

    The safety of Mylone Tablet during pregnancy has not been established. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, and animal data on reproductive toxicity are insufficient. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing.
    Breast feeding
    CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
    Mylone Tablet may be unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. It should be used only if the expected benefit outweighs the potential risk. Please consult your doctor.
    Driving
    UNSAFE
    Mylone Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
    Kidney
    SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
    Mylone Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment is recommended.
    Liver
    CAUTION
    Mylone Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
