Mygranol 40mg Tablet TR is a medicine used to prevent angina (chest pain) and migraine, and manage pheochromocytoma (a rare adrenal gland tumor). It works by slowing the heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, helping to reduce strain on the heart and improve blood flow.
