Description:
Lycegest 20 Tablet is used to treat various conditions caused by progesterone deficiencies such as female infertility, pain during menstruation, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), endometriosis, abnormal uterine bleeding, and miscarriage. It also used a hormone replacement therapy.Lycegest 20 Tablet will be prescribed to you depending on the condition you are being treated for. Do not self-medicate. The dose and duration of the treatment will be decided by your doctor after some investigations like blood tests, ultrasonography, etc. Forever take the medicine at the same time every day to avoid missing a dose. Swallow it whole, without breaking or chewing, preferably with a glass of water. Continue taking it for the duration advised by your doctor to get the most benefits.
However, Lycegest 20 Tablet has some side effects like headache, nausea, vaginal bleeding, and breast pain. It may also cause bleeding or spotting in between menstrual periods. Do not worry or panic. Ask your doctor about how to deal with these and what you can do to prevent them. If they still do not get better or worsen, consult your doctor on a further course of action.
You should always discuss any previous medical history like diabetes, depression, heart or liver disease, with the doctor before starting treatment with Lycegest 20 Tablet.
