Lozipam Injection is a prescription medicine used to treat status epilepticus. A medical emergency when a prolonged seizure occurs or continuous seizure occurs within a span of five minutes, even before the person recovers from the previous one.
Lozipam Injection may also be used to induce anesthesia before an investigation or a surgical procedure. It relieves anxiety and muscle tension, thus making the person comfortable before the operation or investigation procedure. This medicine is given as an injection under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Lozipam Injection may be given into your vein (intravenously) or into one of your muscles (intramuscularly).
