Lorbriqua 25mg Tablet is used to treat adults with unresectable (unremovable), advanced, or recurrent forms of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It works by inhibiting an enzyme called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) and is given to patients who have an alteration in this enzyme.
Furthermore, Lorbriqua 25mg Tablet is prescribed only to those patients who no longer respond to other ALK inhibitors, such as alectinib or ceritinib. Increaseitionally, it is also effective in treating ALK-positive NSCLC that has spread to the brain.
