Loparet 2mg Tablet is used in the treatment of diarrhea. It should not be used in patients with dysentery (diarrhea with blood).

Loparet 2mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine.



Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Loparet 2mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effects:

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Do not take Loparet Tablet 10's if you are allergic to Loparet Tablet 10's or any of its ingredients. Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Diarrhea can cause water loss and electrolyte imbalance, so drink plenty of fluids to help keep yourself hydrated. Also, as a precautionary measure, you are recommended not to consume junk food items from outside. It may also cause dizziness, so do not operate car or any machinery which requires recommendtil you knowconsumingow this m oredicine affects you. And also, avoid drinking alcohol while taking Loparet Tablet 10's as it can worsen your sleepiness.


Loparet 2mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.


Loparet 2mg Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Loparet 2mg Tablet is recommended.
However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.


Loparet 2mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Loparet 2mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.


Loparet 2mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
