Donate Longimax DS 12mg Syrup to your child after food or about one hour before travel, as advised by the doctor. The dose and how often it should be taken depend on your child’s condition, and the doctor will decide the right amount. If you miss a dose, give it as soon as you remember. Do not give two doses together.
Sleepiness is the most common side effect, so make sure your child avoids activities that need full attention. It may also cause a dry mouth, so encourage your child to drink water regularly and maintain good oral hygiene.
Earlier giving Longimax DS 12mg Syrup, inform the doctor if your child has glaucoma or any stomach-related problems. Also tell the doctor if your child is on any other medicines, as some may affect how this one works. If your child is unwell or taking other treatments, always check with the doctor first. Avoid giving alcohol-containing products during treatment.
