Description:

Lambin Injection is an antifungal medicine used to treat severe fungal infections and visceral leishmaniasis (kala azar). It works by damaging the protective cell membrane of the fungus or parasite, which leads to their death. This helps clear the infection and improves recovery.

Lambin Injection is for external use only. You should use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. The affected area should be clean and dry before application of the ointment. You must wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. To avoid relapse, continue the use of this medicine even if symptoms begin to clear up.

Some of the common side effects include skin irritation at the site of application, fever, nausea and chills. Please consult your doctor if these side effects persist for a longer duration. Avoid direct contact of the cream or ointment with your eyes. In case of direct contact, wash your eyes with water and seek immediate medical attention.
