Lagesic Injection is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to manage persistent, moderate to severe chronic pain that requires continuous, around-the-clock treatment.

Lagesic Injection is generally administered by a healthcare professional. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. The dose and duration will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, constipation, dry mouth, sleepiness, dizziness, and vomiting. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Lagesic Injection may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Lagesic Injection is not recommended during pregnancy as there is positive evidence of fetal risk based on animal studies. However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks.
Breast feeding
UNSAFE
Lagesic Injection is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Consult a doctor immediately if the baby shows signs of increased sleepiness (more than usual), difficulty breastfeeding, breathing problems, or limpness.
Driving
