Lactifem Itch Cream is for external use only. It may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. You should use it as advised by your doctor. You should not use it on skin which is broken, bruised, or blistered. If it gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth, vagina, immediately rinse with plenty of water.
It may cause irritation, itching, and burning sensation immediately following application. However, these side effects are temporary and usually subside on their own. Inform your doctor if they persist for a longer duration.
Although medicines used on the skin are not normally affected by other medicines, you should let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicine to be safe. Ask your doctor for advice if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
