However, some people still find it makes them feel quite sleepy, which is used to treat allergies as it blocks the effects of a chemical messenger known as histamine, which is naturally involved in allergic reactions. L Hist 5 Tablet 10's is an R-enantiomer of cetirizine primarily used to treat various kinds of allergies. Patients should avoid taking overdosage of L Hist 5 Tablet 10's because of the increased risk of sleepiness and drowsiness at higher doses.
L Hist 5 Tablet 10's may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
