Description:

Itrapet Pet Oral Suspension is an antifungal medicine used in cats and dogs to treat various fungal infections, including dermatophytosis (ringworm). It works by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane, which stops the growth of the fungus and helps clear the infection.

Itrapet Pet Oral Suspension should be given exactly as prescribed by the veterinarian. Consider giving food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset. Continue the treatment for the full prescribed duration, even if your pet’s symptoms improve earlier, as stopping too soon may cause the infection to return. Retaining your pet’s living area clean and disinfected and limiting contact with other animals during treatment. This will help prevent the spread of infection and support recovery.


Itrapet Pet Oral Suspension may cause some side effects such as vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, or increased liver enzymes. These effects are usually temporary and go away once the body adjusts to the medicine. Contact your veterinarian if vomiting, loss of appetite, or tiredness persists or worsens, or if you notice signs of liver problems such as yellowing of the gums, eyes, or skin.
