Description:

Istavel D 10/100 Tablet is a combination medicine that helps control blood sugar levels. This medicine is used together with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus. It helps in the proper utilization of insulin, thereby lowering the blood sugar level.

Istavel D 10/100 Tablet can be taken with or without food at any time of day, but try to take it at the same time every day. The dose will be decided by your doctor, and don’t stop taking it without consulting them. If you do, your blood sugar levels may increase and put you at risk of serious complications like kidney damage and blindness. This medicine is only a part of the treatment program that should include a healthy diet, regular exercise, and weight reduction as advised by your doctor.

The most common side effects of Istavel D 10/100 Tablet include urinary tract infection, nasal congestion, sore throat, and upper respiratory tract infection.
