Idometrol Tablet is best taken after food. This will help minimize side effects. Take it in the exact dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take it more or less. Take it regularly every day at the same time to get maximum benefit. Do jot stop taking the medicine until you complete the full dose.
This medicine may cause a few side effects such as fever, chills, thyroid gland enlargement (neck swelling), blurred vision, and peripheral neuropathy. If you experience any of these side effects, and it bothers you, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent the side effects.
