Hifenac-P Tablet

Uses:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Hifenac-P Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Directions For Use:

• Hifenac-P tablet should be consumed as a whole with a sufficient amount of water.
• It can be taken with food or after food, avoid taking it in an empty stomach.

Side Effects:

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

• You have an autoimmune disease called systemic lupus erythematosus.
• You are an alcoholic, as concomitant use of this medicine can damage the liver.

Yes, the use of Hifenac-P Tablet can cause nausea and vomiting. Taking it with milk, food or with antacids can prevent nausea. Avoid taking fatty or fried foods along with this medication. In case of vomiting drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips. Talk to your doctor if vomiting persists and you notice signs of dehydration, like dark colored and strong-smelling urine and a low frequency of urination. Do not take any other medicine without speaking to your doctor.
